This picture was taken by Rick Weil at the Where We Live art exhibit at the LSU Union Art Gallery at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge. Where We Live, conceived by New York photographer and teacher Pamela Connolly, was a joint project of the United Jewish Federation of New York and Kids with Cameras. The exhibit was co-produced by the Congregation B'nai Israel Hurricane Relief Committee.
