UVA student in protective gear
This is a photograph of a University of Virginia Hillel student in protective gear taking a break from cleaning mold out of a New Orleans home that had been severely damaged by Hurricane Katrina. University of Virginia Hillel students took two week-long relief trips in the spring of 2006: one to Mississippi in March, and one to New Orleans in May.
