URJ Leadership Mission - new housing construction
New housing construction funded by the URJ through the New Orleans Neighborhood Development Collaborative. This photograph was taken in April, 2006, when twenty leaders from Reform congregations across the country came to New Orleans for a leadership mission. Participants visited local Reform congregations, met with Jewish leaders and government officials, and learned about some of the ongoing problems in the region.
