Rabbinical Assembly Mission to New Orleans 109

A neighborhood damaged by Katrina shows some of the destruction. The photo was taken by Rabbi Jason Miller, who traveled to New Orleans with a group of 35 Conservative rabbis for a Rabbinical Assembly Mission at the end of January 2007.
