This photograph was taken by Rick Weil of Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge and shows volunteers unloading and organizing a truckload of supplies. The volunteers were part of a group of college students and members of UJA-Federation’s Westchester J-Teen leadership program that came to New Orleans and Baton Rouge during Spring Break to do relief work.
