Weathering the Storm
This is an update from Paul Reichenbach, titled "Weathering the Storm." It was written in Hurricane Katrina's immediate aftermath, and describes the relief efforts at Jacobs Camp, which had been turned into an emergency shelter for Hurricane Katrina evacuees.
